Just like 50 Hudson Yards, the building will have large windows, highly customizable floor plans, and numerous workplace amenities. The tapered green spaces will supposedly provide every floor with an outdoor terrace area. The tower’s plant-laden design is the work of world-renowned architectural firm, Bjarke Ingels Group (BIG). Tishman Speyer is the organization behind The Spiral’s development, and work began back in June of 2018. Similar in size to 50 Hudson, this 65-story tower stands 1,005 feet tall and will contain 2,850,000 square feet of floor space. The Spiral is another Hudson Yards office project that is expected to finish quite soon. The building is expected to be completed in 2022 at a cost of nearly $4 billion.
